Job summary

Vercel is seeking an IT Operations Engineer for our New York City office. You will own day-to-day IT support, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure a smooth employee experience. AI fluency is expected; you’ll use AI to automate tasks, draft docs, and streamline onboarding and access controls.

You will manage AV in conference rooms, participate in IT projects, and collaborate with Workplace Services and People teams to keep the office running at peak speed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT support experience in startup/tech.
• AI-native work style using AI tools to speed tasks and automate.
• Strong macOS, networking, and security troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for in-office and remote staff on IT issues.
• Use AI to triage, draft docs, write scripts, and speed problem solving.
• Manage IT ticketing to prioritize requests and keep communication clear.
