Job summary

DeWinter Group seeks a Communications & Event Program Coordinator to drive logistics and communications for a forward-thinking technology team. You will manage events, coordinate across PR, communications, and marketing, and ensure memorable experiences that reflect our mobility and autonomous innovation initiatives.

Reporting to the Communications lead, you will optimize workflows with AI tools, maintain vendor relationships, and uphold tight budgets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, events, or marketing (agency or in-house).
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Fluency with AI tools and a proactive mindset for automation and process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Nice to have: interest in technology, robotics, mobility, or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience with Meltwater and Asana.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Relevant corporate PR/communications/events experience.
• Enthusiasm for AI-enhanced tools to streamline workflows.
