Job summary

Saint Louis University seeks a Technology Manager to lead the Workforce Center's technology strategy, development, and administration. You will orchestrate a modern tech stack for virtual learning, operations, and engagement, ensuring reliable services for students, instructors, and staff.

You will manage licensing, data security, and platform integration while guiding a small IT team and coordinating with SLU IT Services and external vendors to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years IT leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage student-facing systems including Canvas (LMS), DestinyOne, Salesforce, Zoom/WebEx, WordPress and virtual labs.
• Oversee core business technologies such as email marketing, customer engagement tools, and evaluation platforms.
• Provide responsive IT support to 1,000+ users annually.
• Lead technology projects from planning to execution to support growth.
• Supervise technical staff responsible for systems support, data operations, and virtual learning infrastructure.
• Collaborate with SLU IT Services and external vendors on security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Manage licensing and lifecycle operations for student-facing software and virtual labs.
• Monitor usage, maintain documentation, and contribute to long-term tech planning.
