Job summary

Saint Louis University is seeking a Technology Manager for the Workforce Center. You will lead the strategy and administration of a modern technology stack supporting virtual learning, operations, and customer engagement.

You will manage student-facing systems (Canvas, DestinyOne, Salesforce), support vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the stack. The role combines hands-on systems management with strategic planning to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible IT experience including management.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, learning technologies, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and administration of the Workforce Center’s technology ecosystem.
• Oversee student-facing systems (Canvas, DestinyOne, Salesforce, Zoom) and WordPress sites.
• Manage licensing, data operations, and integration across platforms.
• Provide first-line IT support to 1,000+ users and supervise technical staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security, accessibility, and compliance.
