Goldman Sachs is seeking a VP - Technology M&A Integration to lead technology integration for acquired businesses from signing through close, Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and platform convergence. You will coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and infrastructure, guiding diligence, roadmaps, and execution with a focus on risk management, speed, and control while preserving innovation.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology program management experience, with merger or acquisition integration exposure.
Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs with senior stakeholders and risk considerations.
Strong knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, data migration, identity and access management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology integration workstreams for mergers, from diligence to Day 1 readiness and convergence.
Develop integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
Coordinate across identity, data migration, SaaS apps, end-user computing, cloud, cybersecurity, and governance remediation.
Communicate complex technical issues to executive audiences and align stakeholders across a global matrix.
