Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Merger & Acquisitions Technology Director to lead end-to-end technology integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring regulatory, risk, and security expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of technology leadership experience in M&A or divestiture programs.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, assessing apps, infra, data, and cybersecurity.
• Define end-to-end integration or separation strategies and lead Day-1 readiness.
• Own executive-level updates, risk assessments, and governance materials for sponsors and committees.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet timelines.
