Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology integration for acquired businesses from signing to closure.
• Develop integration roadmaps and drive execution across people, data, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Define transition-state architectures balancing continuity, security, and cost.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams and report progress to executives.
