Job summary

Crosslake seeks an experienced Project Lead Practitioner to drive value creation through technology for private equity investors and portfolio companies. You will frame questions, lead senior conversations and translate technical findings into commercial implications.

You will apply depth in technology strategy, architecture, data/AI, and delivery to guide scoping, due diligence, and transformational initiatives across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in technology consulting or related fields.
• Experience leading senior client conversations and delivering outputs.
• Depth in at least one functional specialism such as product/engineering, data/AI, or cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Build credibility with investors, boards and management teams.
• Deliver executive reports and workshops linking findings to decisions.
• Lead due diligence work identifying risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to broader diligence and value-creation engagements.
• Develop a functional specialism while guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster client relationships and drive growth for Crosslake.
