The role offers exposure to venture-backed technology transactions, access to senior partners, and a steady flow of complex matters across growth stages. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of M&A experience from a top law firm
• Meaningful exposure to technology company transactions
• Ability to manage deal components with limited supervision
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong judgment and clear writing
