You will work on mergers and acquisitions for technology companies at various growth stages, with responsibility for running discrete pieces of transactions and day-to-day deal execution, under senior partners.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of M&A experience from a top law firm.
• Meaningful exposure to technology company transactions.
• Comfortable managing deal components with limited supervision.
• Strong judgment, clear writing, and a practical approach to client service.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities
