Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-senior level Mergers & Acquisitions Associate for its national M&A practice in Silicon Valley. The role involves advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions for public and private companies, strategic investors, and PE sponsors.

Applicants should have 3+ years of M&A experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A experience required.
• Experience with public and private company M&A preferred.
• Knowledge of federal securities laws and Delaware corporate law is a plus.
• Experience with technology and life sciences companies is advantageous.
• Outstanding academic credentials; excellent analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage diligence processes and execute deals.
• Lead workstreams and serve as a key client contact.
