Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a mid-level associate to its Technology Companies M&A practice. This is a platform built around venture-backed and high-growth technology clients, with a steady flow of headline transactions across the lifecycle from early-stage to exit.

The Role

You will work on mergers and acquisitions for technology companies at various stages of growth. Matters include strategic acquisitions, sponsor-side and company-side deals, and transactions involving venture-backed businesses and institutional investors.
