Meta is hiring a Corporate Development Manager to evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including M&A and minority investments. You will work with deal leads and cross-functional partners to assess opportunities, build financial models, and coordinate diligence efforts.

The role requires translating complex information into structured recommendations, managing multiple workstreams, and taking ownership of analyses with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development in the technology industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Math.
• Experience driving workstreams within transaction processes (e.g., owning diligence workstreams, leading valuation analysis, coordinating cross-functional inputs) for M&A, investments, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across teams, including with stakeholders, to gather inputs and drive alignment on analyses and deliverables.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including building and interpreting financial/valuation and other quantitative analyses.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology, with the ability to engage product and engineering partners on product/technical roadmaps and translate into business implications.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and other transactions.
• Collaborate with deal leads, integration, and cross-functional partners to assess opportunities and support end-to-end deal execution.
• Develop deal rationale, build and refine financial models, and coordinate diligence workstreams.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and translate complex strategic and technical information into structured recommendations.
