Job summary

• Build and maintain financial analyses (operating, valuation, synergy models) to inform deal decisions
• Develop strategic and market perspectives by creating industry landscapes, competitive maps, and investment theses aligned to Meta's priorities
• Prepare executive-ready materials (briefing documents, internal memos, presentations) that synthesize strategic rationale, risks, and key diligence findings

We are hiring a Corporate Development Associate to work closely with deal leads, integration, and cross-functional partners to assess opportunities, run key analyses, and support end-to-end deal execution.In this role, you will contribute across the transaction lifecycle - helping develop deal rationale, build and refine financial models, coordinate diligence workstreams, and prepare executive-ready materials.
