Job summary

You will build financial models, coordinate diligence, and prepare executive-ready materials, translating complex strategic information into structured recommendations under guidance from the Corporate Development team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand Meta's strategic objectives and industry trends to identify and pursue companies/technologies meeting those objectives
• Support transaction execution across M&A, minority investments, and strategic partnerships, including diligence coordination, workplan tracking, and preparation of materials
• Build and maintain financial analyses (operating, valuation, synergy models) to inform deal decisions
• Develop strategic and market perspectives by creating industry landscapes, competitive maps, and investment theses aligned to Meta's priorities
• Prepare executive-ready materials (briefing documents, internal memos, presentations) that synthesize strategic rationale, risks, and key diligence findings
