Vanguard invites graduates to join the Technology Leadership Program in the Risk & Security Analyst track. A two-year rotation across risk and security-focused teams offers hands-on exposure to cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, risk management, and identity & access management, with mentorship and leadership development throughout.

• Partner with security, technology, and business teams to strengthen controls and processes.
• Gain hands-on experience in risk management, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital ethics.
