Job summary

Vanguard is seeking high-potential graduates for its Technology Leadership Program in Risk & Security. The two-year rotational track offers three eight-month rotations across cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, risk management, and identity & access management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, Security, Risk, Cybersecurity or related technical/engineering field.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, threat analysis, risk management, or fraud prevention.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ownership.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity and operational risks.
• Analyze threats, vulnerabilities, and risk scenarios across systems and processes.
• Contribute to reporting, dashboards, or insights for risk-informed decisions.
• Partner with security, technology, and business teams to strengthen controls.
• Gain hands-on experience in risk management, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital ethics.
• Apply Agile methodologies to support risk and security initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams and drive solutions in a supportive environment.
