Job summary

Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack in Ogallala, Nebraska, seeks a Technology Manager, Network Engineering & Telecommunications to lead enterprise network and telecom operations across our property. You will drive reliable, secure network services and guide a team of engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities include overseeing LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and voice systems; coordinating with vendors, carriers and IT leadership; and mapping modernization initiatives to support gaming,

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking, LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN.
Strong security, segmentation, and incident response understanding.
Proven leadership and ability to mentor technical staff.
Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership and teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise network engineering and telecommunications administration across properties.
Oversee network infrastructure, security, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure uptime.
Drive network architecture planning and modernization initiatives.
Serve as senior escalation point for network and telecom incidents.
Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Maintain documentation and reports for technology leadership.
