Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the table games department, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide top-notch service to our guests
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our players
• Monitor game activity and customer behavior to detect any signs of suspicious or illegal activity, taking appropriate action as needed
• Collaborate with other casino departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and tournaments that will attract and retain customers
• Maintain compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all
