Job summary

RMantra Solutions in Arlington, VA seeks a senior engineering leader to drive technical strategy, architecture, and cross-team delivery. You will own agile execution, DevSecOps, and secure software delivery across multiple teams in a high‑tempo, top‑secret environment.

You will mentor senior engineers, foster an inclusive engineering culture, and partner with product and business stakeholders to align roadmaps and investments. This role is 100% on-site in Arlington.

Qualifications

• Must currently have a TS/SCI clearance.
• BA and 12+ years of software leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams delivering complex systems.
• Hands-on full SDLC Agile software development with automation.
• Experience with Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory and Ansible.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high op-tempo, top-secret environments.
• Experience with Jira for Agile project management.
• Experience with GitHub, Gradle, PowerShell, Java Full Stack, Oracle 19c, Webservices.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission outcomes into technical delivery plans and sprint goals.
• Lead development and integration of secure APIs and data pipelines.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Ansible, and Bitbucket.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, testing, observability, and security controls.
• Oversee release management from development to production environments.
• Define technical strategy and architectural direction across teams.
• Coach senior engineers and build a high-performing engineering culture.
• Ensure Agile practices, metrics, and continuous improvement with Jira.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align roadmaps.
