Qualifications

• Master's degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM); may substitute a non-technical degree with demonstrated technical acumen.
• 15+ years of systems engineering experience.
• At least 7 years of direct experience supporting DoW research and development (R&D) programs.
• Recognized as an expert in their field, with demonstrated use of advanced techniques, theories, and practices.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions on complex R&D problems and to plan and coordinate significant work efforts.
• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills, with mature judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with software suites such as Microsoft 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work fully onsite at DARPA's HQ in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to DARPA and manage day-to-day requirements.
• Assess program progress, analyze risks, and communicate findings to the Program Manager.
• Monitor technical and programmatic progress of performers and report to the Program Manager.
• Assist in preparation and execution of reviews, gathering technical data from performers.
• Prepare briefings, letters, and literature reviews to support new concepts and technologies.
