Job summary

Betsson Group is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer/Tech Lead to join the Player Account Management (PAM) team. You will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and guide architecture while hands-on delivering critical solutions.

The role involves researching new technologies, leading POCs, and collaborating with architects and product teams. The position offers a Hybrid Work From Home model: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with opportunities to influence the roadmap and build

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with understanding of non-functional requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Deep knowledge of real-time messaging patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Couchbase).
• Observability practices with Grafana/OpenTelemetry.
• Coaching/mentoring engineers and leading teams.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence in the PAM area and improve stability, performance and code quality.
• Lead technical design decisions and collaborate with architects.
• Act as a hands-on senior engineer, researching new technologies and delivering POCs.
• Support managers in building world-class engineering teams and participate in interviews.
• Review major changes to ensure quality and standards are met.
• Provide technical coaching and mentor engineers across teams.
• Lead trainings and participate in planning ceremonies as needed.
