Job summary
Betsson Group is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer/Technical Lead for the Player Account Management (PAM) team. This hands-on role drives technical excellence, designs, troubleshoots, and delivers while mentoring engineers and delivering PoCs.
Lead technical design decisions, research new technologies, and collaborate with product, architecture and engineering across the organization. This role operates in a hybrid model with office and home days.
Qualifications
- Experience designing distributed microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Strong background with real-time messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Couchbase).
- Experience with observability practices (Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Proven mentoring and leadership in engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and champion technical improvements for the roadmap.
- Introduce standards and best practices in the area.
- Collaborate with architects to align directions and implementations.
- Take the lead on technical design decisions for the PAM area.
- Lead hands-on technical investigations and build PoCs.
- Participate in technical interviews and provide feedback to engineers.
