Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) to drive day-to-day software development on the SyncPoint program. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership to ensure sprint objectives are met on time and to quality standards.

You will work closely with the Chief Engineer and Product team, own task decomposition, code reviews, and collaboration across sub‑applications, while gaining familiarity with DoD processes and secure Azure Government environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/SE.
• 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+).
• Strong full-stack skills including REST APIs and modern front-end (React/Angular).
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience leading sprint ceremonies and coordinating a dev team.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and PRs.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Decompose work into tasks and coordinate across developers.
• Identify blockers and escalate risks to leadership.
• Coordinate testing and deployment with Test Engineer.
• Maintain code quality and ensure security and architectural guidance.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure technical consistency.
