ZenPoint Solutions LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Technical Lead to drive software delivery for a federal program. You will mentor engineers, define system architectures, and lead DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing initiatives across complex web apps, legacy systems, and cloud migrations.

The role requires active Secret clearance, strong Java/Python development, and experience with AWS or Azure, Jenkins, Git, and modern microservices designs. Hybrid work with on-site reporting as needed.

• Active US citizenship and eligibility for federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction across software development, architecture, and DevSecOps workstreams.
• Drive loosely coupled, microservices-based architectures and event-driven designs.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure delivery (Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube).
• Mentor engineers and resolve complex technical challenges across teams.
• Collaborate on cloud migration efforts (AWS/Azure) and modern build-and-replace strategies.
• Support RMF automation and security posture throughout the SDLC.
