Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Serve as the technical lead for a team of developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET/C# and modern web technologies.
  • Build and support front-end and API integrations utilizing Node.js.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards required for federal government environments.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and recommend improvements to application design, frameworks, and development practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during incident resolution.
  • Support Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
