Job summary

Pioneering Evolution, LLC is seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) in Arlington, VA to drive day-to-day software development on the SyncPoint program. This hands-on leadership role requires delivering sprint objectives on time with quality across DoD-relevant modules.

The ideal candidate combines senior .NET expertise with strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills, plus familiarity with Azure Government environments. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/8+).
• Strong full-stack skills incl. REST APIs and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience leading sprint ceremonies and coordinating a dev team.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews with the engineering team.
• Decompose features into tasks and coordinate across developers and sub-teams.
• Remove blockers and escalate risks to management promptly.
• Ensure secure, high-quality code and timely delivery across modules.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Mentor junior developers and promote technical consistency.
