Chime is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to head the CI/CD team. You will own both delivery and people management for a four-engineer group and stay hands-on in the codebase for ~40% of your time, writing production PRs and shaping platform reliability.

You will partner with senior ICs, drive the CI/CD platform (GitHub, CircleCI, Artifactory, Sourcegraph, Qlty), and guide release-safety practices, incident prevention, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience or management responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering CI/CD, build/release, or developer productivity systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI systems and production pipelines.
• Strong development experience in Ruby, Go, Python or comparable languages.
• Experience with progressive and safe delivery mechanisms (canaries, feature flags, rollbacks).
• Strong understanding of running production systems at scale and reliability practices.
