Qualifications

• 8+ years in high‑scale, high‑reliability software development focusing on platforms, infrastructure or data movement systems.
• 3+ years of engineering team management, including hiring and performance coaching.
• Hands‑on coding mindset with ability to write/review production code and guide architecture.
• Experience with data integration/movement components (CDC pipelines, connectors, event streams) and data lakes/lakehouses.
• Cloud data ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for the Data Integration Platform including ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Lead architecture reviews and high‑leverage problem solving while coaching engineers.
• Design scalable integration architecture balancing reliability, cost, and ease of use for analytics and product data flows.
• Build and operate connectors/pipelines across APIs, event streams, file transfers, and CDC.
• Define data contracts, schemas, SLAs, and governance across producers, integration layer, and consumers.
