Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceutical in the United States (Alaska) is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning and Development Technical Lead to steer the technical strategy for global learning platforms, onboarding solutions, and LMS-governed enablement across Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.

You will lead hands-on delivery, mentor engineers and vendor partners, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate roadmaps into scalable, secure solutions aligned with Jazz standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and onboarding programs.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Learning and Development platforms and integrations.
• Partner with Product Owner and Architects to translate roadmaps into scalable architectures.
• Guide and mentor software engineers and vendor partners.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across platforms.
