Qualifications

- 2+ years as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of developers.
- Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for the Learning and Development team.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to design solutions.
- Guide development teams on building scalable learning platforms.
