We seek an experienced Learning & Development leader to guide the Sleep/EMD L&D strategy, partnering with commercial, medical and market access teams to build capabilities and improve field performance.

The role leads a small senior team to design onboarding, launch readiness, account planning, and analytics training while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, capability building, or commercial excellence within a pharmaceutical organization.
• 6-8 years of experience leading people, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams that include Senior Managers or Associate Directors.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for L&D strategy and align with business priorities.
• Translate business needs into learning requirements and roadmaps.
• Oversee design, delivery, and facilitation of training programs across commercial, medical, and market access teams.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of L&D professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines across initiatives.
