You translate business needs into technical plans, drive agile delivery, ensure regulatory alignment, and mentor engineers across global teams, with 10-20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar hands-on leadership of a development team.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as Veeva PromoMats, MedComm Vault, and MLR workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team and drive work plans, building, configuration, and integration of software aligned to business needs and technology standards.
• Translate technical requirements into well-defined work for the development team, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure disciplined execution of the capability roadmap.
• Guide development teams in integrating content platforms with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CRM, web, analytics platforms).
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements for medical and promotional content workflows.
