Job summary

3stepIT seeks a Tech Lead to drive IT solution delivery, translating business needs into actionable work with software engineers, PMs, and product owners. You will own architecture decisions, create actionable tickets, and prioritize work to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Tech lead in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale IT projects.
• General know-how with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development practices (CI/CD, Agile methodologies).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to communicate across different organizational functions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection standards.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• General know-how in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Lead robust, scalable designs with architects and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Align technical initiatives with business objectives and plan sprints.
• Performance & Scalability: Drive performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Documentation: Maintain relevant technical docs for future reference.
• Delivery ownership: Own delivery of technical outputs and manage dev ops for platforms.
