Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership, incl. executive leadership of large engineering organizations.
• Deep experience in Asset Management, Alternative Investments, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record leading large transformation and modernization programs.
• Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, cloud, modernization, and resilience.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term technology strategy for the platform ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end technology delivery across Private Markets platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence, automation, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled productivity.
• Partner with business and governance groups to align priorities with outcomes.
• Lead a global organization of engineering, architecture, delivery, and production support.
• Manage technology budgets, investments, and vendor relationships.
