Job summary

CARET is building an AI-enhanced migration platform for law firms. We’re seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to own the architecture end-to-end across extraction, transformation, and orchestration of migration data.

You’ll work hands-on and guide a small team, translating technical strategy into platform increments, ensuring correctness, traceability, and scalable go-live patterns.

Partner with a technical product manager to shape the roadmap and apply AI to accelerate data mapping and validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building data-intensive backend systems.
• Experience with data migration and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Ability to lead architecture and hands-on coding.
