Job summary

Unanet is seeking a Tech Lead/Architect to shape Growth Studio, our AI-first growth platform for GovCon. You will own the architectural direction across the product and guide design of scalable services, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will mentor engineers, drive technical roadmaps with Product and Ops, review designs, and create documentation to align cross-team efforts while advancing AI capabilities and platform quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and evolving complex software products.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript-based systems and supporting backend infrastructure.
• Experience with AI-enabled product capabilities, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, or related technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical decision-making for Growth Studio across teams.
• Define scalable patterns for services, APIs, data flows, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and Ops to translate business goals into practical roadmaps and plans.
• Architect elegant solutions to complex problems where customer workflows, data quality, speed, and AI outcomes intersect.
• Mentor engineers on system design, tradeoffs, and architectural thinking.
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, and decision records to improve cross-team alignment.
