Job summary

PersonalSoft LLC in Kentucky invites an experienced engineering leader to guide a seven‑person team spanning Unbounce staff and embedded vendor developers. This execution and people leadership role reports to the CTO and oversees both the Builder product and the AI Builder initiative.

• Unify a fragmented engineering group into one coherent unit with a shared sprint cadence.
• Bring Scrum discipline to delivery with story sizing, sprints, burndowns, and retrospectives.
• Manage a hybrid team of staff and embedded vendors through a legacy-to-AI transition.
• Balance parallel workstreams while preserving momentum for both Builder and AI Builder.
• Lead adoption of agentic engineering workflows and tooling.
• Partner with CTO, VP of Product, other managers, and Data/AI leadership on roadmap input.
