Qualifications
- 10+ years of PQE as a US-Qualified lawyer with expertise in Corporate, Commercial, Cyber & Data Privacy, IP, or Financing.
- Experience in both high-level external legal services and in-house roles is a plus.
- Proficient in integrating emerging technologies like AI into legal practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the US practice and work closely with the Managing Director.
- Serve as a legal and strategic advisor for corporate transactions.
- Drive business development and mentor a team of lawyers.
