Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line America is seeking a crew member for shipboard maintenance and repair tasks. You will assist with machinery, piping, pumps, and related equipment, while maintaining an organized workshop and adhering to the Safety Management System and emergency plans.

  • Six (6) months experience in a machine shop or related industrial environment.
  • Basic to intermediate English verbal and writing skills are required.
  • Must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment on board.
  • Keep repair workshop clean and organized.
  • Follow Safety Management System and Emergency Plan procedures.
  • Support engine room maintenance and repairs as directed by the First Engineer.
