Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Training Technician to oversee maintenance leadership, develop training programs, and guide onboarding for new hires within our facilities. This role combines hands-on maintenance with staff development to ensure safety and operational excellence.

Travel up to 50% may be required for on-site L&D workshops and courses. The successful candidate will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate learning interventions, and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate preferred.
• Certifications: Universal CFC preferred; other electrical/mechanical/HVAC/refrigeration certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years with automated conveyors, maintenance and work orders; leadership and vendor management.
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of conveyors, electrical components, and building systems; lead preventative maintenance and document labor hours.
• Develop training plans for service technicians; provide onboarding support and hands-on safety training (LOTO, CPR/First Aid/AED).
• Coordinate onboarding activities, travel for on-site L&D workshops, and manage registrations and records.
• Lead Safety Training programs; ensure onboarding learning journeys are completed; assist with access setup and approvals.
