OnderLaw in St. Louis is seeking a Director of Technology & Information Systems to lead and transform the firm's technology landscape. This onsite leadership role focuses on aligning IT with legal operations, improving workflows, and ensuring secure, reliable technology for attorneys and clients.

You will oversee databases, hardware, and partnerships with external IT providers, while mentoring staff and driving data-driven decisions through dashboards and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology in a professional services firm.
• Strong network/hardware management experience.
• Experience with AI enablement in business operations.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to guide external IT partnerships and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technology operations onsite.
• Manage databases, hardware, software across multiple locations.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation within legal software platforms.
• Evaluate and implement AI where it adds value with governance.
• Lead data quality, reporting infrastructure and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with outsourced IT provider with clear accountability.
• Lead and mentor technology staff; plan resource needs.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware and user devices onsite.
• Develop and maintain technology policies, standards, and documentation.
