The role requires driving policy, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while coaching direct reports and maintaining professional standards across IT functions.

Responsibilities

• A self disciplined leader who sets the example for the team and the company 24/7.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures and ensures that all his direct reports do the same. Holds team accountable.
• Lead global team that oversees all technology needs of the company.
• Manage Outsourcing Partner relationships to ensure the Company maximizes full contractual potential.
• Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure technical capabilities are responsive and aligned to drive business growth and success.
• Define metrics based on overall business objectives.
• Define and adjust IT standards and technologies.
• Prepare and manage IT budget to meet business needs, given governance, budget, and timing constraints.
• Advise senior management on strategic systems projects in support of business goals and objectives.
• Develop and establish operating policies and approaches for information technology.
• Manage IT applications portfolio.
• Review and approve major contracts for computing and information technology services and equipment.
• Align IT risk management with enterprise-wide risk management.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
• Maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards.
• Participate in other special projects as may be assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
