Job summary

The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the firm's IT function, including infrastructure, security, and applications. This hands-on executive role requires building trusted relationships with partners and staff, guiding an IT team, and managing budgets and vendor relationships with discipline.

The successful candidate will translate technical priorities into business terms, drive adoption of new systems, and develop a multi-year technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 3+ years managing an IT team.
• Strong ability to build relationships with attorneys, partners and staff.
• Proven experience managing IT budget, vendor contracts, and financials.
• Knowledge of law firm technology systems (DMS, PM, e-billing, e-discovery) or similar regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team and budget, aligning IT strategy with firm goals.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, applications, and support across offices.
• Negotiate contracts with software vendors and service providers.
• Develop and manage multi-year technology roadmap; ensure business continuity.
