Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Assembly Technician (Tech III 38kV) for the 2nd shift at 517 Puckett Ferry Rd, Greenwood, SC. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying complex high/medium voltage modules and sub-assemblies.

You will follow drawings and procedures, complete quality checklists, and support engineering with development needs. Requires basic assembly experience and the ability to lift heavy parts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of assembly experience or related manufacturing exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing information.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• SC manufacturing certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify complex assemblies in high/medium voltage modules.
• Complete ISO and quality checklists as required.
• Mount and install equipment and perform wire operations.
• Maintain Kanban levels and report shortages.
• Inspect for loose hardware and cleanliness; respond to change notices.
