Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Assembly Technician II (Lean Line) to assemble, wire, and modify components for medium and high voltage assemblies, breakers, and sub-assemblies.

This role offers a $20.00 hourly rate with a 5:30 am - 3:30 pm shift and eligible incentive program. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing; relocation not offered; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Use and knowledge of using hand and air tools.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify work based on guidelines for medium/high voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and report shortages or issues.
• Train and coach colleagues to transfer knowledge and skills.
• Follow ISO and production checklists and respond to change notices.
