Job summary

Eaton ES AMER ARS PDCAD is seeking an Outdoor Steel Technician II (2nd shift) in Greenwood, SC. The role involves assembling, wiring, fitting and modifying assemblies for high voltage equipment, following drawings and supervisor instructions. You will maintain quality checks, manage Kanban, and assist engineering with development work.

Expect training of teammates and ongoing process adherence. The position offers a base rate of $20.00/hr with a negative shift diff of $-1.00/hr; plus eligibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1 year experience using hand and air tools.
• South Carolina SCMC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify outdoor and indoor assemblies per drawings and instructions.
• Follow manufacturing drawings, sketches, and supervisor/engineer directions.
• Complete ISO, quality, and customer checklists and production lists as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment; handle heavy copper components; lift regularly.
• Maintain Kanban levels and report shortages; train colleagues as needed.
