Main Event Entertainment in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technician II to help maintain and repair the games and entertainment options, ensuring safe, high-quality operation. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance, with hands-on training and opportunities to grow as a technician trainer.

Candidates must be 18+, have relevant repair experience, know electronics and hydraulics, and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of general knowledge/skill in repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools; ability to use and handle tools to perform work.
• Ability to perform work on ladders.
• Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical/electrical components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Keep the mechanic shop and facility organized.
