Qualifications

• Requires a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer, including large firm and in-house.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex healthcare IT and HIT-related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex healthcare technology agreements (commercial, software licensing, SaaS, services).
• Manage technology transactions from inception to closure.
• Oversee contract management policies and training for business teams.
• Collaborate with Privacy Officer to meet HIPAA privacy/security requirements.
• Advise on HIPAA, healthcare IT, and GO/contract compliance matters.
