Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Technology Governance & Portfolio Strategy to join a newly formed function focused on governance, visibility, and risk across a large technology change portfolio. You will translate complex plans into decision-ready insights for leadership.

The role is based in Charlotte, NC (3 days in office). Pay range is $75–$85/hr on W2, with a focus on executive reporting, risk management, and AI-enabled analysis to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operationalizing governance frameworks within large, complex organizations.
• Proven ability to establish repeatable processes and drive execution in evolving environments.
• Strong knowledge of technology change, portfolio governance, risk management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience creating executive communications and leadership reporting/decision-support materials.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools to accelerate analysis and process design.

Responsibilities

• Create governance, operating models, and execution frameworks for a technology change portfolio.
• Develop an integrated change radar aligning near-term and long-term initiatives.
• Consolidate schedules into a single view of planned technology change.
• Apply risk/gov lens to identify conflicts and dependencies requiring leadership attention.
• Produce executive presentations and decision-support materials translating portfolio data into insights.
